We support every learner through all aspects of their qualification, from initial diagnostic assessment right through to their End-Point Assessment.
Our approach to English, Maths and EPA preparation is built around your individual needs, not a one-size-fits-all formula.
At the beginning of your programme, a diagnostic assessment will be completed to identify your current level of knowledge and skills in English and mathematics. This helps us understand your individual learning needs and identify any areas where additional support may be beneficial throughout your qualification.
Where learners are required to achieve English and/or mathematics qualifications as part of their apprenticeship programme, these will be delivered alongside the main qualification. Dedicated support, resources, and guidance will be provided to ensure learners have the best opportunity to successfully achieve these essential qualifications.
At Sparks Training, we recognise that every learner is different. Our tutors work closely with learners to provide tailored support, additional learning opportunities, and individual coaching where required to help build confidence and maximise achievement.
Throughout the programme, Sparks Training provides ongoing preparation, mock assessments, progress reviews, and personalised support to ensure learners feel confident and fully prepared to successfully complete their End-Point Assessment.
At the end of the apprenticeship programme, learners will complete an End-Point Assessment (EPA). The EPA is an independent assessment designed to evaluate the knowledge, skills, and behaviours developed throughout the qualification. This will include a Professional Discussion, allowing learners to demonstrate their competence, reflect on their learning journey, and showcase how they have applied their learning within their workplace.
We provide comprehensive support throughout every stage of your qualification, from your very first day to the moment you achieve your certification.
Practice assessments and revision workshops help learners build familiarity with the EPA format, reducing anxiety and increasing confidence ahead of the real thing.
Regular, structured progress reviews keep learners on track and identify any additional support needed well before the EPA. No last-minute scrambles.
Your dedicated tutor provides individual coaching to help you develop your reflective practice and articulate your skills and knowledge confidently in the Professional Discussion.
Our team is happy to talk you through what to expect and how we'll support you from start to finish.
